Shipping Times:
Cairo: Orders are delivered within 2 business days.
The rest of the governorates: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Size & Color Flexibility:
Not sure about your size or preferred color? No problem! We can send you multiple options so you can try them at home and keep what works best. Simply mention your preferences in the order notes at checkout.
Tracking:
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Returns Policy:
- Due to the nature of our products and safety reasons, opening the package while the courier awaits is not permissible.
- Once receiving the order, it can't be returned or exchanged, Except of a certain Reasons.
- To be eligible for a product return or exchange for any of these reasons:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- You have received the wrong product.
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.
- Your product to be returned must be in the same condition you received it, unopened or unused, with factory seal, and in its original packaging. You may also need a receipt or proof of purchase from our website.

- Our service representative will respond to you and review the status of your return request, and if your return is accepted, we will send you all instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products that are eligible for offers, discounts, or gifts.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product, and we will inform you if a refund has been approved or not according to the condition of the returned product and that it is in compliance with the return conditions, and within 3 working days of receiving the return. If approved, you will receive a purchase voucher or a refund with a bank transfer of the same value as the returned product (excluding the shipping cost if the product is not damaged or defective or you received the wrong product only).
