Returns Policy:

  • Due to the nature of our products and safety reasons, opening the package while the courier awaits is not permissible.

  • Once receiving the order, it can't be returned or exchanged, Except of a certain Reasons.

  • To be eligible for a product return or exchange for any of these reasons:

  1. The product is defective or damaged.

  2. You have received the wrong product.

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

  • Your product to be returned must be in the same condition you received it, unopened or unused, with factory seal, and in its original packaging. You may also need a receipt or proof of purchase from our website.

Refunds
